Responsibilities of the Municipal Prosecutor shall include: Providing prosecutorial services to the Municipal Court pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:25-1 et seq. and the Regulations of the Administrative Office of the Courts; Representing the State of New Jersey and the Borough of Seaside Park, over which the court has jurisdiction; Attending the municipal court session(s) scheduled each month; Providing access to the Seaside Park Borough Police Department by phone on an as needed basis; and Scheduling flexibility for any special trials, as may be required.
