Public Safety complex - General contractor/construction manager (GC/CM). Construct a multi-phased replacement of Fire Station 43 over a 15-month period. The existing Silver Star Search and Rescue Building will be used to temporarily relocate the fire station during construction and will require improvements. Demolish existing fire station and site pavement and excavate existing soils. Construct improvements to existing police station including a new community/training room, lobby, fitness room, and break room. Proposed fire station and existing police station will be joined architecturally, both exterior and interior. Police station will remain operational during demolition and construction phases. Extensive coordination is required.
