The South Carolina Department of Social Services is soliciting vendors to provide Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) services for children in SCDSS custody who are victims of abuse and neglect. The program is intended as short-term residential treatment focused on stabilization and reintegration into a family setting.

Provide support and services to assist Nevada's children and families in reaching their full human potential. Nevada's child welfare system provides a continuum of services, including foster care services. There are over 4.000 children in Nevada that are in foster care. Many of these youth have significant behavioral or mental health needs that require a higher level of care. Every day, more children and youth enter the foster care system and need safe, loving homes. Without residential treatment programs in each community, children removed from their families must be placed in outlying communities, away from their family, friends, and everything that is familiar to them.

The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is soliciting proposals to establish and operate a fifty (50)-bed moderate-risk residential program providing Juvenile Sexual Offender Treatment Services for male youth ages 10–19, either in a DJJ-owned facility in Tampa or in a respondent-owned/leased facility within Florida. Required services include 24/7 custody and continuous supervision, evidence-based juvenile sexual offender treatment and optional overlay services (substance abuse, mental health, intensive MH treatment, co-occurring disorders, developmental disability supports, and medical complex overlays), with specified staff-to-youth ratios and staffing qualifications. The contract will commence upon execution and the procurement is a competitive Request for Proposals.
