Description: The U.S. Army Product Manager Soldier Defense Systems is conducting market research to identify mobile, ruggedized Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) capable of providing a full kill chain against Group 1 and Group 2 threats. Proposed solutions must integrate with Infantry Squad Vehicle variants and support detection, tracking, identification, decision-making, and defeat capabilities at platoon and squad echelons. The Army prioritizes commercially available or modified commercial systems, while developmental systems must have a feasible commercialization plan and be capable of full production within six months after the RFI closes; responses are due by August 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT.

Seeks to acquire the Pulsar Lite MKI- RX/TX 4CH (Pulsar-L) and required accessories for its operation, including the Anduril Control Station Interface, Omnidirectional Antenna Array, Standard EW Software License, and Warranty and Support, through the ACV C-sUAS Contract. The Government requires the following for the ACV C-sUAS threshold capability: A platform-integrated omni-directional ES/EA based C-sUAS combined sensor/jammer package to detect, track, identify, and defeat radio frequency dependent (GNSS and RF–controlled) Group 1 and Group 2 UAS.
