Reuse Building Operation RFP

Description: The City of Quesnel seeks a contractor to operate and maintain the Reuse Building at the Quesnel Landfill, accepting, sorting, screening, and reselling gently used household goods. Responsibilities include custodial and minor maintenance work, utilities, parking-area and staff-washroom maintenance, health and safety planning, and monthly materials reporting. The intended contract begins January 1, 2027, runs for one year, and may be extended for two additional one-year terms.
