Retail Space for Lease in Los Angeles RFP

Description: The Los Angeles District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks existing Class A or B retail space in Los Angeles, with 868 net/usable to 1,151 gross/rentable square feet, for an Armed Forces Career Center under a full-service lease of up to five years. The space must have primary and secondary ingress/egress, lighted parking for four government vehicles at all times and additional parking for employees and visitors; public transit nearby is desired, and certain incompatible businesses must not be nearby. Proposals must include the required lease documents, floor and site plans, property photos, and a completed Seismic Offer form, and are due by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 27, 2026.
