Residence Hall Internet (ResNet) Service (RFP)

Residence hall internet (resnet) services including hardwired and wireless connectivity. provide Internet access services to on-campus residential students. The vendor will be responsible for securing the network, to include prevention of physical and logical access from outside agencies, preventing infected machines from infecting others and protecting the configurations of networking equipment from outside hacking. All aspects of the Internet service including ongoing upgrades, implementation, management, help desk support and trouble ticket resolution related to registration, access or use of ResNet Internet services must be provided directly to the students.
