Perform scheduled and emergency distribution system repair and new water main installation services including restoration for the water district. Services may include water main break repair, service line test holes, installation and repair of service lines, valve replacement, hydrant replacement, and water main installation, replacement, and pavement repairs. Work consists of: 1EA, 16IN x 6IN SS tapping sleeve (MJ outlet); 1 EA, 16IN x 8IN SS tapping sleeve (MJ outlet); 1 EA, 6IN insertion valve and box; 1 EA, 8IN insertion valve and box; 1 EA, 10IN insertion valve and box; 1 EA, 12IN insertion valve and box; 10 CY, concrete thrust block; 10 SY, concrete sidewalk; 5 SY, reseeding with topsoil; 5 SY, concrete driveway apron; 9 CY, removal and legal disposal of unsuitable excavated material – 0 to 5 CY; 20 LF, concrete curb.
