Description: The Department of the Air Force, through the Air Force Test Center and Arnold Engineering Development Complex, is establishing the AEDC Velocity Alliance under 10 U.S.C. § 4022. The initiative seeks to create a pre-qualified industrial base capable of executing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of complex engineering and construction projects supporting national test infrastructure modernization. After establishment, projects under the initiative will be competed exclusively among Alliance members.
