The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced consultants to support its Community Assistance technical assistance programs across disciplines including feasibility, planning, community engagement, zoning, legal, architectural/engineering, financial and environmental services. AvailableTo establish a continuously open qualification program for Vanpool Service Providers capable of supporting federally funded commuter vanpool operations. Qualified providers will be added to the Agency’s Approved Vanpool Provider List (AVPL) and may be eligible to participate in federally supported vanpool programs. This RFQ remains open on a continuous, rolling basis. The objective of the initial qualifications process is to secure up to six (6) vanpool service providers to operate and market GRTC’s vanpool program. GRTC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of providers based on the number and quality of the proposals received and vanpool service demand.
