Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program Administration (Request for Proposals)
Provide comprehensive program development, implementation, and administrative support for the CVRP. This work includes developing and maintaining a secure, user-friendly application portal and supporting program infrastructure; providing technical assistance to applicants, participating dealerships, and DCCE; processing rebate applications in accordance with program requirements; collecting and reporting program data; and evaluating program performance to support continuous improvement. The vendor shall also provide recommendations to inform future funding rounds and ensure the program is administered efficiently, securely, and in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and program requirements.
