Once results are received, determine and estimate the level of remediation necessary to safely clean, remove and dispose of contaminated products (either personal or structure) from residential units on an as-needed basis. Provide air monitoring and occupancy clearances. In addition to other required documentation, provide a written record of how much of each material was remediated and exactly where and how the remediation took place. Floor plan layouts of each unit may be required to document location of remediation. Initial term of the contract shall be three (3) years.
