The selected Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency response services for twenty-one (21) passenger elevators and three (3) chair lifts located on the College's Arnold and Arundel Mills campuses. Required services include routine maintenance, inspection support, emergency repairs, passenger entrapment response, and related services as described in this RFP.
