Description: Cypress County seeks a multidisciplinary design-build team for the comprehensive, turnkey delivery of the Cypress County Recreation Facility. The facility will include a twin-pad ice arena, an eight-sheet curling complex, conditioning and training studios, municipal administrative suites, commercial food and beverage amenities, and civic gathering spaces. The design and site infrastructure must accommodate a future multi-sport gymnasium fieldhouse and perimeter running track.
