Description: The State of Oregon, through the Department of Administrative Services’ State Procurement Services, seeks industry feedback about Fleet Card Services in an informal RFI. Respondents are asked for information about card types, card technology and online functions, reporting, security and compliance, rebates, implementation timelines, and expected industry enhancements. Responses may inform future competitive solicitations, will not be evaluated or result in a contract award, and are due November 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
