Replace current engine, marine gear, and hydraulic pump; inspect shaft and steering; relocate thru-hulls. IRD 3 Housing with Air Cooled Source, Integrated GC Light Pipe and; Wide Band MCT Detector; IRD Software Consisting of ASAP IRD Stand Alone Control; Software and Essential FTIR Software for Data Analysis; Computer and Monitor; GC System with SSL, ALS Tray/Tower and GC Control SoftwareReplace current engine, marine gear, and hydraulic pump; inspect shaft and steering; relocate thru-hulls; i. Remove current QSM11 602hp, Twin Disc 5090A , and PTO Parker 75cc load-sensing hydraulic pump and associated equipment; ii. Inspect engine room and mounts for structural integrity. Replace or make repairs to all necessary items to ensure safety and reliability; iii. Inspect and repair or replace all steering and shaft components; iv. Re-locate all thru hulls to an area that is easily accessible inside engine compartment. Consolidate all raw-water systems to as few of thru hulls as practically and safely possible. Use properly sized sea chest if safe to do so. v. Delete all unnecessary thru hulls and make flush with engine compartment decking if safely able to do so; vi. Install new Cummins QSM11 602hp, Twin Disc 5096A 2.04:1 #1, and Vickers V20 hydraulic pump or approved equals. a. Hydraulic pump shall be belt driven and located in a place for easy repair or replacement. Ensure pump is appropriately sized for all vessel needs in this scope of work. b. Relocate filter housing on front of QSM11 to starboard side of engine compartment for easier remote access vii. Install new throttle controls for 2 stations. Delete ZF controller; viii. Delete winch controls located at port quarter station.
