Replacement Roofing and Gutters of Residential Home (Request for Quote)

Replacement roofing and gutters of residential home. The intent is for a professional contractor to provide labor and materials to replace roofing at this residence as follows: The entire roof including house, garage and sunroom is approx. 3,800 SF. Vendor to tear off current shingles. Vendor to install 30 year CertainTeed asphalt shingles, roof flashing, felt underlayment, drip edge and ice/water shield, and pipe boots. Vendor to evaluate roof decking and replace as needed with appropriate OSB. Vendor to ensure Roof venting is appropriately sealed. Vendor to replace gutters. Clean up of work area and disposal of material will be the responsibility of the vendor.
