Demolition of existing lift station, including removing existing lift station, removing pavements, removing existing equipment and piping, complete in place; Package Lift Station, includes Pumps, Piping, Fittings, Guide Rails, Lift Chains, Vent, Hatches, Valves, Valve Pit, Electrical Equipment Installation including, but not limited to: lift station control panel, terminal boxes, main breaker, manual transfer switch, conduit, wire, and all ancillary devices; 10 LF Proposed 2" PVC SCHED 40 Sanitary Sewer Force Main;

Construction of the Bonds Ranch Lift Station A wet well, site layout, electrical building, backup generator, submersible pumps, motors, discharge piping & appurtenances, and approximately 225 LF of 16-inch force main.

Convert an existing wet pit/dry pit sewage lift station to a submersible lift station by removing all the block and frame construction, and a portion of the cast-in-place concrete construction; removing all equipment and material from within the generator room; the hvac equipment room; all piping material/equipment from within the dry pit pump area; all electrical equipment from within the electrical room; installing owner-supplied new submersible pumps in the wet well; site improvements and restoration.
