Summary
Contractor will deliver chiller to the ground level near granite building 31. The building has existing external building connections for water and power. Contractor shall supply and connect chilled water lines to the existing building connections. The contractor shall be responsible for routine maintenance and service of the delivered equipment. This includes performing a proper initial startup on the chiller, and ensuring it is operating to its design specifications. A. Routine maintenance during the period of rental shall include, but not limited to: i. Record/monitor temperatures and pressures. Ii. Inspect condenser coils. Clean as needed. Iii. Clean water strainers as needed. Iv. Inspect for refrigerant leaks. V. Inspect for water leaks. See attached file.
