Renovation and Addition to the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library RFP

Description: Work includes a 6,700 SF addition and renovation of the existing 1-story building on an approx 0.20 acre site (60' x 150'). The existing building currently has one story with a full basement; a new addition and renovations will complete the building with one additional story, totaling two (2). There will be a front addition of 1,080 SF total over two stories that includes a new 2- story entry, new stairwell and area for a future caf . The second level will be constructed above the existing first level, and in addition to the front addition will consist of a 3,800 sq. ft. level constructed above the existing first level. The new elements include conference room; executive offices; new elevator serving all levels.
