AvailableThis project will renovate seven (7) Men's public restrooms, seven (7) Women’s public restrooms and two (2) Companion Care public restrooms located on the first, second and third floors of the terminal building in both sterile and non-sterile areas. All of the work will be done within the existing footprint of each bathroom and will include demolition of existing finishes with the existing terrazzo floor remaining in place and all plumbing fixtures and finishes to be replaced. The work generally includes: General Construction: The general contractor shall be responsible for taking the lead role for the purpose of coordination between disciplines to ensure the work is completed as shown on the plans and specified. Work for renovation generally includes new drywall ceilings; new acoustical ceiling tile and grid; new moisture-resistant wall board behind all new wall tile; remove and replace damaged metal studs; new tile floor shall be sloped to existing drain locations; new toilet partitions and toilet accessories; new AerDec Sink System and structural supports; new internally illuminated panel system at entry; new counter mounted panel system; Interior painting; new door, frame, and hardware; new signage. Mechanical: Work for renovation generally includes new supply and return air diffusers in accordance with new ACT ceiling and drywall ceilings; Test, balance and commission system, new toilets, flushometers, and faucets. Electrical: Work for renovation generally includes new breakers, conduit and wiring, new receptacles; new dimmable recessed LED light fixtures and occupancy sensors; new AerDec Sink System to include hard-wired deck mounted hand dryer at each lavatory in addition to battery operated faucet and soap dispenser; new automatic paper towel dispensers.
