The State of Missouri seeks a vendor to design, implement, host, and maintain a secure web-based renewable energy credit (REC) management system. The system must support REC certification, tracking, transfers, imports and exports, retirement, integration with the North American Renewables Registry, small-generator aggregation, and reporting. The one-year contract includes training, documentation, maintenance, upgrades, and help-desk support, with costs paid by investor-owned utilities and REC fees rather than the state.
