Renewable Energy Certificates Registry

Renewable hydroelectric power from Corps-owned multipurpose water resource projects. The power is marketed to 78 municipal utilities, 21 rural electric cooperatives, and 3 military installations in those four states as well as in Kansas and Louisiana. Those customers distribute the power to approximately 10 million end users in the six-state area. The estimated average annual energy of all 19 projects is 4,757 gigawatt-hours.
