All twenty-four (24) trees must be entirely removed with stumps cut flush to the existing ground height. Trees and brush can be hauled to the Hampton Compost and Brush site unless other arrangements are approved by the Hampton Public Works Director. All trees must be removed before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Any trees not removed by the deadline will prompt the city to assess liquidated damages in the amount of $100.00 per day. Any damage to existing property caused by the removal of said trees will be the responsibility of the tree service provider to abate.
