Cochise County (“County”) intends to issue this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) in order to fulfill competition requirements in accordance with A.R.S. § 41-2533 and to competitive proposals in the open market for the Removal of Native Plant Species at the new jail site in accordance with A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 7.
Cochise County is seeking qualifications from a firm to provide design-build services for its new jail project. The selected vendor must provide one integrated team responsible for both design and construction, including a general contractor, architect of record, and engineers. The team should have prior design-build experience with criminal justice or detention facilities.
