Conduct desktop review using DEC and USACE mapping, aerial imagery, soil surveys, and topographic data. Identify potential jurisdictional wetlands and regulated adjacent areas. Perform field delineations during the growing season for complete accuracy. Flag and GPS wetland boundaries and representative data points. Document vegetation, soils, and hydrology indicators at each sampling location.
