Recovery Worldwide BPA

Description: The Export-Import Bank of the United States seeks to establish one or more blanket purchase agreements for worldwide recovery assistance, principally collecting balances on certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs. Services include case due diligence and asset searches, extrajudicial collections, restructuring, authorized litigation and legal enforcement, asset protection, and status reporting. The contractor must provide the personnel and other resources needed to perform loan-recovery services, except for items specified as government-furnished property and services.
