Work shall consist of: Mowing the pond area to a maximum height four inches (4”). Each mowing shall include weed-eating and spraying around the structures and fence. Each mowing shall include litter removal prior to mowing. Each mowing shall include debris removal prior to mowing. This includes but is not limited to trees, limbs, or other objects that have been thrown into the pond. Each mowing shall include repairs to any damages cause during the maintenance of the pond. This includes but is not limited to the fencing, gates, slope, or bottom damage from being stuck slippage.
