Provide Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation services for the City's stormwater drainage system on an on-call basis. This contract will be used to address both currently identified locations requiring stormwater pipe rehabilitation as well as additional sites that may be discovered through ongoing inspections or emergent needs. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a one-time contract with a qualified contractor who can perform CIPP lining, cleaning, CCTV inspections, and all associated rehabilitation activities on an as-needed basis until all allocated funds have been expended. Work under this contract shall include stormwater pipes of various sizes, materials, and conditions throughout the City. The work includes, but is not limited to: Cleaning stormwater pipes using jet/vac equipment. CCTV inspection and documentation. CIPP lining of storm drain pipes of various sizes, materials, and conditions.
