Sound Transit is soliciting proposals to provide real-time sentiment analysis services that measure public sentiment from various online sources to support the Strategy Department, the CEO’s office, and other internal stakeholders; this work will complement Sound Transit’s annual sentiment survey. The contractor will perform discovery workshops, project planning, develop/assess NLP-based sentiment-classification methodologies (including handling sarcasm and multilingual posts), and deliver customizable dashboards and standard reports.
