Real Property Revaluation Equalization Project RFP

Description: The Town seeks proposals from qualified revaluation firms to revalue all taxable and tax-exempt real and personal property, effective April 1, 2028 or as early as practicable, for use in the 2029 tax commitment. The work includes full measure-and-list inspections, digital photos and CAD sketches, property valuation, land and market studies, taxpayer notices, hearings, and appeal support.
