R9 Early Head Start Program Renovation and Addition (RFP)

Project consists of the renovation and classroom addition of the existing seasons nursery, for conversion into the region 9 early head start program. Phase 1 consisted of demolition only. Phase 2 will include limited remaining demolition including additional site demolition for new parking paving and removal of existing cmu garage bay, followed by the full interior renovation of the existing building for administrative functions, a south-end addition for eight new classrooms, and a new commercial kitchen in place of removed cmu garage, full site development for three playgrounds with associated grading and drainage, a back parking and ramp, full front parking paving and striping, new sidewalks along entire building, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. Exterior work on the existing building will be limited to new construction or modifications as required by other scopes of work. See attached file.
