Description: The CEGEP de La Gaspésie et des Iles seeks an architecture firm for renovation of the metallic roof of Pavillon René-Lévesque at its Gaspé campus. Planned work includes reconstruction of the roof and its architectural features, replacement of plywood and roofing membrane, restoration of the cross and windows, and installation of new gutters. The interventions must preserve the building’s original architectural character despite its lack of formal heritage-protection status.
