All bids must be received at the office of the City Clerk, located at 10001 NW 87th Ave., Hialeah Gardens, Florida 33016, by 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 20, 2026. Where after all the bids received will be publicly opened in the City Hall Council Chambers and read aloud. Respondents are to submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Baseball Uniforms RFP 2026-05”. Bids received after the scheduled bid submittal will not be accepted for consideration. There will not be a pre-bid conference for this R.F.P.
