Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) Services for EPA FY2025 Brownfields Cleanup Grant Steamship Navigation Site

Soliciting proposals from firms with proven expertise in environmental site assessment, remediation planning and implementation, quality assurance procedures, regulatory compliance, construction/ remediation oversight, and community engagement. Upon completion of this solicitation process, the town intends to select a qualified environmental professional (qep) that will assist the town in performing the necessary services to facilitate the cleanup and redevelopment of the site in accordance with all applicable epa grant requirements and state regulations.
