Vendors may also propose alternative solutions that achieve the same objectives. Provide accurate, timely, and contextually appropriate responses to both routine and complex inquiries, resolving complex and multi-step inquiries to the greatest extent possible. Integrate its AI solutions with, or on top of, existing vendor and Government systems or other AI solutions, or deploy them as a stand-alone solution, as needed, to ensure smooth operation, secure data exchange, and effective support across all channels.
