Payson Unified School District #10 is seeking qualified firms to provide Postage Meter Leasing. We will currently need one postage meter machine that can handle between 6000-7000 pieces annually. We typically process 20-30 pieces per day and have two bulk mailings a year where we process 500-600 pieces in a week. The intial term of 60 months with the option for an annual renewal to be exercised at the School Districts discretion. We are looking to have this machine installed in late November 2026. Our recent one (1) year data shows that we processed: 5858 Letters, 719 Flats (large manilla envelpes) 9 certified mail pieces, and 9 ground advantage pieces. We are looking for a cost advantage way to process mail for our business size. We would like to see multiple options that may include: red or red and black printing, option for printing return address, tape printing (optional), ground advantage (optional), built in or stand alone auto sealer, scale. Please include cost of ink and supplies with usage rate for comparison. Include maintenance and repair options. Please describe the method and company for loading postage funds to the machine. Please list the discount rate of meter postage from the current first class rate.
