Purchase and Removal of Surplus and Scrap Materials RFP

Description: Lewis County Public Utility District seeks a contractor to supply the labor, materials, containers, vehicles, equipment, permits, and services needed to purchase and remove recyclable surplus and scrap materials as needed. The work is to be performed in accordance with Exhibit A and the final negotiated contract. This is an open procurement for scrap-material handling, not a grant program.
