Electronic Health Records System Territory Wide RFP
The Government of the United States Virgin Islands (USVI) Department of Property and Procurement, alongside the Office of Health Information Technology (OHIT) and the USVI Hospital and Healthcare Corporation, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors for a territory-wide Electronic Health Record (EHR) and hospital information system. The Territory seeks an enterprise, interoperable platform to unify clinical, administrative, financial, and public health workflows across public facilities and participating private entities, integrating with the Virgin Islands Health Information Exchange (VI HIE).
