Public Relations and Advocacy Services on Large-Scale Solar Development in Genesee County (RFP)

To prepare Climate Resilient Design Guidelines for Large-Scale Mixed Use and Multi-Family Proposals that trigger the Civic Design Review process. This work will build on and update the Sustainable Design checklist currently used in this process. These Guidelines will align with research and best practices from OOS, DHCD, and PHDC to ensure the guidance is consistent across city agencies and rooted in data and feasibility while considering impacts of large-scale proposals on the city holistically with a focus on public realm impacts of private development.
