Municipal Court Public Defender (Request for Qualifications)
Seeking Request for Qualifications from qualified Attorneys for the position of Municipal Court Public Defender. Multiple attorneys will be awarded contracts to provide services on a rotating basis. There will be no guarantee of a minimum payment for services rendered by the attorney, except insofar as the City has agreed to pay the Attorney a per-session rate of $150.00/session.
