Splicing 13.98 miles of new fiber optic distribution cable and 4.39 miles of drop cable in and around Port Townsend, along with 70 subscribers. The splicing work will consist of installing 98 aerial splice cased on ADSS fiber optic distribution cable (12-count to 144-cound, 2-count and 12-count flat drop cable), 23 Charles Industry BDO EG Series pedestals and 25 splice cases in handholes connected by single armor, single jacket direct buried cable and flat drops of the sizes previously.
