PROVIDE TWO TUGS AND ONE PILOT NOAA SHIP PISCES
Description: NOAA is soliciting quotations for two tugs and one pilot to support up to three evolutions for NOAA Ship Pisces. Services are to be performed at NOAA’s Marine Operations Center–Atlantic in Norfolk, Virginia, between October 21 and December 31, 2026; the firm-fixed-price award will be based on experience/past performance and price under a total small-business set-aside. Vendors must email an itemized quote and the requested company and qualification information by October 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
