Provide Medical Examinations, Drug Screening and other Miscellaneous Job-Related Medical Screenings (Request for Proposal)

Description: Service provider for drug screening, breath alcohol testing, and drug and alcohol random selection, as well as comprehensive medical examinations for pre-employment, fitness for duty, and return to duty. Gwinnett currently uses the Gwinnett Employee Wellness Center for pre-employment medical examinations but is looking to partner with a service provider for this service on an as-needed basis.
