Any deviations from the project requirements are to be explicitly stated. The testing agency shall sign and seal all test reports by a professional engineer licensed in the state of new jersey. A final report of parking garage special inspections documenting completion of all required parking garage special inspections and correction of any discrepancies should be submitted prior to issuance of a certificate of use and occupancy.
