Summary
Project is comprised of reconstruction of Indian Hills Drive along with associated utility improvements. This project is within the limits of the City of Green River, Wyoming. This project includes removal and replacement of approximately 14,000 square yards of existing road base and asphalt surface, removal and replacement of approximately 13,500 square feet of concrete sidewalk and base, and removal and replacement of approximately 5,350 linear feet of concrete curb & gutter and base. Supply and installation of approximately 10,100 square yards of geotextile for subgrade stabilization will also be included. Utility improvements include capping or removal of existing 6" diameter and 8" diameter asbestos cement water mains and replacement with 12" diameter PVC water main. The existing 6" diameter and 8" asbestos cement pipe encountered on the project will be disposed of properly, in accordance with local laws. Proposed water main improvements consist of installation of approximately 2,580 linear feet of 12" diameter PVC, installation of valves/fittings, removal and replacement of 26 water service lines, removal and replacement of 26 curb stops, and installation of 5 fire hydrants. The proposed 12" water main within Indian Hills Drive will connect to 9 water mains at adjacent roads. Storm drainage improvements include installation of 25 storm drain catch basins, 1 storm drain manhole connection, 1 storm drain outlet, and approximately 1,900 linear feet of storm drain pipe. The project also consists of the adjustment to 13 sanitary sewer manholes, for grade adjustments. All associated miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications is included.
