Project Monitoring/Quality Assurance - GSA- Limited Sources Justification (ITB)

Provide services of a project monitoring /quality assurance consultant to develop and monitor a comprehensive risk management plan, which must include a risk assessment and mitigation strategy. Monitor the SI's communication plan and reporting mechanism for executive steering committee and all identified stakeholders. Develop an active performance management plan to ensure that the erp project produces the proposed business benefits.
