The New York Power Authority (NYPA) requests a cloud-based Project Management Information System (PMIS) to replace its home-grown Utility Operations Project Portfolio (UOPP), including subscription/licensing, implementation, integration, training, and ongoing technical support. This RFQ is a two-step procurement: respondents to this RFQ may be invited to participate in a later RFP for the scoped work; NYPA will share bid opportunity/attachments via its Ariba network. The solicitation sets MWBE (30%) and SDVOB (6%) participation goals and is open to suppliers that can provide all or part of the listed scope.
