Project Management Information System (PMIS) RFP

Description: The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) seeks an enterprise-wide Project Management Information System to plan, manage, monitor, and report on its Capital Improvement Programs at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. The system is expected to support integrated portfolio and project management, including budgeting, project controls, risk and schedule management, workflow automation, data migration, document management, and real-time analytics. It must integrate with GOAA's existing enterprise systems, including Oracle ERP and IBM Maximo, and provide scalable reporting and support for capital development work.
