The top surface of the parking lot collapses along the path of the storm water system. Build gazebo at domiciliary: construct a gazebo or covered area at the southeast corner of the domiciliary. There is an existing concrete pad in this location that is currently not covered. The new gazebo or structure shall provide coverage of the entire pad. See attached files.
